the first time I went to check in, I knew it was a little early, so I didn't mind waiting until the 4pm check in. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this place to anyone looking to gamble on the slot machines, unless you don't mind losing your money.I wish I could rate it higher. The hotel rooms are really nice and the beds are very comfy. The restaurants and buffet are okay in my opinion. I get it.it's gambling, but this casino takes the fun out of losing! Hats off to the cleaning personnel and thank goodness they can now accept TIPS because they definately deserve them! They work really hard to keep the areas around the slot machines clean and tidy and are usually very friendly and helpful. Everytime I go to this casino the patrons complain to me about how tight the slot machines are and that they seem to be getting worse with each visit.

If you want to spend hours on the slot machines and spend your money with little or no payouts or decent bonuses then this is the place to go! I visit this casino a few times each month and sadly the outcome is usually the same, I just lose money! It seems that many of the patrons feel the same way because not very many of them are smiling or even looking like they are having any fun. Remember when things were different about 7 years ago. Minnesotans work hard and should be treated fairly. How long will we let mystic steal our money. We always read the same response to our complaints but it is getting ridiculous. Have you noticed all the 21 the dealer makes. As for blackjack, the new shuffle machine can be set to sequence cards into any order the casino wants. Will mystic ever print their payout percentage. I know in other states the regulation paperwork is printed in the newspaper. Talk is cheap and casinos pay fines but they still make more money.

They say mystic is regulated by the State of Minnesota but has anyone ever seen paperwork. The worst thing was the slots and blackjack. What happened to cheap hotel rooms and food at a casino. The hotel was overpriced and so was the food. Customer service is nonexistent at mystic lake. I want to first say, my wife and I have been loyal customers for 25 years but mystic has become too greedy.
